Children are lovingly supported every step of the way from the first day they step through the doors to Graduation Day! In fact, everything a child experiences at TG's serves them beyond Big School and in Life! That's why their philosophy is Playing is Learning for Life!
TG's provides comprehensive care and education, including long hours of care throughout the year, healthy meals, hats, sunscreen, nappies, and a nurturing environment. During the first few weeks, Educators spend time with the children, listening to them and planning activities that help them connect with other children and adjust to their new routine and environment.
Through play, children learn about protecting the environment and being eco-friendly. Children build sustainability skills and understand the world around them. TG's curriculum values children as global citizens and future leaders. Everyone has a responsibility to reduce waste, and be mindful of how we use water and energy, and children can become eco-smart by engaging in activities like playing in the mud, growing fruits and vegetables in the gardens, recycling, and participating in worm farm and chook projects.
At TG's, Little MEG is a superpower the children learn to cultivate. Mindfulness, Empathy, and Gratitude are not only embraced by the children and Educators, but also have a profound influence on their families and communities.
TG's menu is yummy and healthy! TG's children learn about where food comes from and develop a deep appreciation for it by growing their own in TG's gardens, which gives them practical knowledge and gratitude.
At the end of the year, families are presented with their child's Portfolio, showcasing their growth and achievements. This fills parents with pride and joy as they celebrate their child's milestones.

TG's Educators are a unique group of Play Experts who are dedicated to the philosophy of Playing is Learning for Life! TG's Child Care has been recognised as an Employer of Choice, valuing the well-being of both the Educators and the children. Educators receive comprehensive support, including flexible working hours to accommodate their families and opportunities for personal growth through education. TG's is committed to the success of every Educator, with some staying with TG's for 20 years and progressing from Educator to Team Leader to Manager. TG's fosters the development of Educators into effective leaders.
