How to Use AI for Marketing

There was also a special treat after the latest AGM, where President Veronica Lind gave a presentation on “How to Use AI for Marketing”. Artificial Intelligence can help small businesses with sales and marketing automation, email and chat automation, linking a business’ sales, marketing and operations processes and even help businesses position against competition.

Attendees walked away with a clearer understanding of AI, and how to optimise it with a human touch.
