✦ The Nutrition Network founder Erin Miller is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Nutritionist.
Erin's aim is to mend the gap between knowing and doing. Erin teaches you how to have a healthy relationship with food and to understand your health conditions by providing individualised dietary and lifestyle advice.
The Nutrition Network is her home and she opens her doors to assist in improving your health whilst guiding and fully supporting you on your journey.
Her wellness programs focus on a wholefood approach with nutritional assessments, face to face consultations or online video calls.
Based on the Mid North Coast, NSW her clinic sits snuggly inside the walls of her family run business Plunge café, in Forster.
HEALTH & HOLISTIC SEMINARS
Run monthly within Plunge café, Erin hosts professionals to deliver community health education sessions. Established after acknowledging how beneficial her clients were responding to a multidisciplinary team approach, the community health hub was derived from recognising the paramount connection between different local health professionals and individualised care.
Coming together, eating together, discussing different health topics and being educated by a health professional, is Erin’s ideal aspiration.
Erin believes developing a health ‘network’ ensures long term outcomes for clients, while providing a path for practitioners to cross-refer, consequently strengthening a clients healthcare journey.
She, along with business partner Rebecca Hurtrel, have developed a boutique wellness business together called Soleil.
Having years experience working as health professionals, Soleil wellness are experienced in guiding guests in their health journeys.
Erin, as a dietitian, and Rebecca, as an Occupational Therapist and Yoga Teacher, are both wellness focused health professionals. They draw on their extensive health knowledge to help clients adopt practical tools to shape the lives of their dreams.
Suivre Le Soleil Wellness, meaning ‘follow the sun’ in French, cultivates wellness events on the Barrington Coast. Their philosophy is to awaken your own inner sunshine, by guiding you to find your inner glow through movement, nutrition, meditation, connection, breath work and community.
Soleil’s wellness events are an opportunity to press pause on life. Wanting guests to see their events as time to re-connect with themselves, to relax and to learn skills to take forward with them in the aim of shaping a really beautiful life. The sanctuary’s involve outside yoga and eating delicious food handcrafted from the chefs at Plunge café. A space to chat, connect, learn and just be for a while.
The sanctuary events make wellness enjoyable and inspiring. They are an invitation to take the space you need to realign your life and rituals. The aim is for everyone to feel as though they have the tools to design their dream life.
Erin and Rebecca believe that health and wellness should be simple and enjoyable. Movement should feel good, healthy food should be delicious and taking care of yourself should be the norm. As per the name of their business follow the sun- they know that everyone has the potential to shine brightly.
