Bliss Balls with Sprirulina
“I would have this alongside some cut up fruit as a snack in between my main meal," said Erin. "It’s usually on the go!”

Ingredients

  • Macadamia nuts 3/4 cup

  • Maple syrup 1/4 cup

  • Spirulina 2 tsp⠀

  • Desiccated coconut 1 cup

Method

  1. Blend all together, set in fridge for 1/2 hour & roll with extra coconut⠀

  2. Freeze a batch for later use or eat within 1 week.
